Week 5 July 25th - July 29th Ages 3 - 6: Yoga Camp
Practicing Yoga together is an amazing way to strengthen the body, mind and creative pathways that will nurture children for life. In Monsieur Michaels Summer Yoga Camp children will move and play with poses they learn daily through short vinyasa cycles and pose education. Through understanding the motions they perform, children will be able to grasp greater body and spacial awareness while being connected to ancient and historic energy. Mentally, learning these movements will educate them on fun through motion leading to greater emotional development and relaxation techniques.
